Angerzellgasse 8, open Monday to Saturday from 16:00-01:00, Sunday from 16:00 to 00:00.

The Treibhaus really doesn’t make it all that easy for its potential visitors. In more ways than one, it stands apart from Innsbruck’s tourist trail and the culture that submissively paves it. Although it is centrally located in the city centre, there are no signs pointing the way. Like all beautiful places, you have to look for the Treibhaus. But once you have found it, you will find in and around the octagonal tower a home for the country’s and the world’s artists and those who come here as guests, a place of free imagination and unconstrained creativity, a playful place for parents, a playground for children of all ages and a place of conversation for all. The cultural programme is constantly changing and includes everything from music to cabaret to theatre and other art forms.
