The Olive has established itself as a fixed point for vegan-vegetarian food in Innsbruck and has long since ceased to be an insider tip.

Whether for lunch or dinner, the Olive at Wiltener Platzl is always well attended. Not only vegans and vegetarians get their money’s worth here.

The small but fine menu, the cosy ambience and the friendly service also make a good impression on “meat lovers”.

Regionality and quality are a priority at the Olive: as far as possible, the ingredients are organically grown – in summer, for example, the vegetables are supplied by an organic farmer from nearby Absam. The regional idea is also reflected on the drinks menu: in addition to Makava iced tea from Graz and Hasenfit organic fruit juices from Upper Austria, there is also a small selection of organic white wines and organic beer, such as Zillertalerbier from a private Tyrolean brewery.
