Getting to NALA – arrive/depart sustainably

Recommendation: Whenever possible, please travel by train, bus or bike. Car info is further below.

Arriving by train (a)

Innsbruck Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) – about 10–12 min on foot to NALA, or take tram/bus to “Maximilianstraße” / “Triumphpforte” (short walk).
Great connections with ÖBB, DB, SBB and the Nightjet (overnight).
Tip: With the Welcome Card (available from many partners for stays of 2+ nights), local public transport in Innsbruck & the region is included.

Public transport (IVB/VVT): dense network of trams & buses – fast connections to the Old Town, Bergisel, Nordkette, Alpine Zoo and more.
Stadtrad Innsbruck (nextbike): 500+ bikes at ~50 stations – open the app, unlock, ride.
On foot: many highlights are within 10–15 min from the hotel – perfect for strolling the city.
Our bicycles: just ask at reception and borrow one free of charge (subject to availability).
Seasonal: ski & hiking buses into the region – timetables available at reception.
E-bike rental & car sharing (incl. EVs): several providers in Innsbruck – we’re happy to help with booking & the nearest station.

Hotel bicycles (subject to availability) – ask at reception and explore the city on two wheels.
Welcome Card assistance: help with issuing/pick-up + route tips for using public transport included with the card.
Route & ticket advice: recommendations for ÖBB/IVB/VVT, city bikes & walking – incl. the quickest route Hbf ↔ NALA.
Transfer arrangements: on request we organise your transfer (external partners, e.g. airport shuttle).
Optional: E-bike/bike reservations at nearby partner rentals.

Parking at NALA: a few spaces behind the hotel plus more in the Old Postgarage – € 9.50/day.
Charging stations within walking distance, e.g. Maximilianstraße / Alte Hauptpost, Kaufhaus Tyrol (UG2 “Elefant Zero”) and other public chargers (operator tariffs apply).

Innsbruck Airport (INN): Bus “F” runs directly between Airport ↔ Main Station (about 20 min). From there continue on foot/tram/bus to NALA.

Rental cars available at the airport or main station.
Car sharing (incl. EVs) via regional providers; our reception team will gladly help with info & booking.

From the west (Vorarlberg/CH): A12 Inntalautobahn → exit Innsbruck West/Mitte → city centre → Müllerstraße 15.
From the north (DE): A12 via Kufstein → Innsbruck; or via Mittenwald–Seefeld–Innsbruck on federal roads.
From the south (IT): A13 Brenner Autobahn → Innsbruck → A12 → exit Innsbruck West/Mitte → centre.
From the east (AT/DE): A12 Kufstein → Innsbruck → exit Innsbruck West/Mitte → centre.
Note: for arrival/departure you may pull up right in front of the hotel; we’ll advise on the best parking option on site.
